Gloria, I am so pleased God has given you the strength to endure all you are being faced with each day when you go and visit Danny. I know when my mom was really ill and she had open heart surgery many many years ago she had some real hurdles to overcome. I will continue to pray for you and continue to pray for Danny. I do appreciate all your updates on how he is doing. I sure pray things will improve once he is moved to a rehab so he can begin to get his muscles toned up once again so he can begin to walk once again and a different trake in so he can talk instead of being silent like he is now. Too bad you and he don't know sign language. This would be of great help about now... May God continue to bless and keep you as you and Danny as you face new hurdles each day. Take good care of yourself my dearest one... Try and remember the medications are affecting Danny's mind at this point, and it isn't really Danny your dealing with. Hugs, Roxanne

Hi! there are no words to describe the way I felt when I open the web page this evening and saw my daddy up and walking around. All there was were tears of joy and happiness of the Lords Goodness. I wanted to yell out you go daddy! you'll be riding that bike yet. I am so happy on this day, there is nothing more I can say, only that I need to get on my knees and Thank God. That's my daddy! I'm So Happy!! Kathrina

Gloria, I read the updates every day. Danny looks FANTASTIC considering the road he has been down. Praise God for his healing grace and his keeping Danny in his hand for all this time. Prayer does work.
I am so happy that he has progressed enough to leave the hospital and ago to Health South. He will be home before you know it.
I had a wonderful physical therapy with God's help yesterday. I got 69 total steps without the cane in my first three walks. I then got 125 sitting marches in place with each leg, 125 knee extension kicks with each leg, 15 STANDING marching in place (this is absolutely excruciating) with each leg, 14 minutes on the cardio-vascular bicycle and then God gave me enough energy to take another 10 steps without the cane at the end of all the other things. I was worn out but happy I had done so well. I hope tomorrow will let me do as well.
Again I am so happy for Danny and for you and the family. God as really given Danny back to you. Praise God. Cuz Carlisle

Hi Sis, It's so good to read about Danny being discharged to the Rehab Center. Hope things improve more and more each day, and he'll be home soon! Johnny still looks the same... only all grown up. I remember Johnny as being a crazy nut, making me laugh till my side hurt! Take care of yourself and keep the updates coming. Love and Prayers, Connie Nelson
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Good Morning It's 3:00 AM took C. J. out to potty and thought I would check my e-mail. Johnny can still be a NUT! Like having us ALL WORRIED to death. He left his house at 3:00 PM the other day and we still hadn't heard from him a 9:00 AM yesterday.
It turned out he had run off the road and hit a sign and figured it was time to stop, so he stayed at a motel in Thomasville, Ga. and got to the hospital at the very time I did yesterday morning. He didn't call his wife or me to let us know what had happened to him.
Love Ya!! Gloria

Hi glad everything is going good. Wish I could come, but I have to work all the time. Will you add a picture of the new place daddy is at to the new update web page.
Thanks Love Richie

Aunt Gloria, It is so good seeing Uncle Dan up and about. He really looks good. I want to thank you again for doing this web page. Give Uncle Dan our love and prayers. How far do you have to travel now?
I bet it is wearing you out? I am still printing the pages and the pictures for Mom and Grandma. I know that it is a day late But Tell Uncle Dan we wish him a happy birthday and many more.
Mike went for a catheter Wednesday. They are talking about what they are going to do. One of the things they are talking about is angioplasty so we have to wait and see.
Well take care and we will keep you both in our prayers. Thank God your tire didn't blow on your way to health south yesterday.
Love & Prayers Becky and Mike

"A Brave Battle Has Been Lost" "But It Is Heavens Gain"
I just had to add this e-mail, We have been sending prayers for this family for quite a while.
Hello, From: Linda Acord
I wanted to let you know that on Friday April 21, 2004 at 6:05 p.m. my grandson, Christopher lost his fight. He was just a little over 16 months old. During a routine procedure at the hospital a blood clot that had formed around Christopher's medication port line broke loose and went to his heart. The doctors tried to break up the blood clot for several days but nothing worked. As a result of the clot Christopher's brain was deprived of oxygen. We were able to gather the family to say goodbye to Christopher. Our little angel is now in heaven. Thank you for all the Prayer that went up for Christopher and please say a Prayer for Amy & Micheal Hilbert, Christopher's Mom & Dad. Thanks!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Linda & Family,
I'm SO SORRY for your loss of Christopher. I know GOD had a place for him in Heaven.
Maybe he was there to greet our latest loss of a ? grand child in a miscarriage. If it had been born it would have been named Female: Chesney Ray Husk or Male: Johnny Ray Husk Jr.
MAY GOD BLESS THEM ALL!
***************************************************************
Thank you! And my prayers will be with your husband. Patti

From Gloria: A Death in my brother-in-laws family.
Hi, We just got home...been at university hospital ALL DAY. Charlie's uncle had a heart attack this morning at his mom's house, lifeflighted him to Ruby Memorial...we took his mom down to Morgantown and just did get home. He was without oxygen for 20 minutes, so the doctors say that if he survives he'll probably have brain damage. He's been unresponsive ever since it happened around 9a.m. They were getting in the vehicle to go to church. Uncle Dick is only 71 and such a sweet man. It will be a miracle if he survives the night. He was on the Pocahontas County State Police Department for years and was running for Sheriff, but that's sure out now.
I hope you're all well. I'd better get off here. I'm pooped. Heading up to Charla's to stay with the kids tonight while she works. Take care & God Bless. Love Ya, Debbie
Hi Everyone, Thanks so much for your prayers. The plug was pulled on Uncle Dick this evening. I took Charlie's mom to Morgantown again this afternoon to see him one last time. Funeral later in the week. Debbie

Hi, Danny, We are so thankful that you are now home with your faithful and wonderful wife, Gloria. She has been a trooper, and we are so glad she was able to give us the daily update on your condition. And most of all for the healing that has taken place. You know we all kept God pretty busy as we prayed daily for you, but we are so glad that we never had a busy signal when we prayed, and God has answered our prayers. Take care of yourself, and enjoy your cute little "critters" and most of all your loving wife. We are so proud of her for the support she has given you, and still will pray for more good days ahead, as you continue to heal. Our love, John and Betty from Arizona
---------------------------------------------------------
Prayers and Love from here to you. I have been telling Gloria that she has been the strong one I slept through it all !!
Thes. 5:10 (KJV)
Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should
live together with him.
I have been renewed " not reborn" I was reborn already since 1976. I do truly feel blessed. And yes the critters have been great, especially C. J. he will get Gloria at my request now. LOL
Gloria and talked today how timely it was that God anointed her education on the computer digital camera and all the the rest and I am proud her as I can be and we do look forward to healing and more time to enjoy each other.
I told my Dr. today that I thanked him for his dedication to helping me and he said "It was your God and your GREAT FAITH that did it not me!
You are right " GOD is lots more powerful praise him..
Thank heaven for "ALLTEL" But I have restrictions on "ALLTEL" but WITH GOD I DON'T GET A BUSY SIGNAL or RESTRICTIONS either!
Praise his name always and we cherish the prayers as always:
1 Tim. 2:1 (KJV)
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications,
prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
Love and Prayers, Danny
